I've just been released from spending a week in the hospital for ischemic colitis. This is the second time in four years that this is happened. The problem has increased from just my lower colon all the way up now to my mid colon. I also have Advanced rheumatoid arthritis. I am on medication for PTSD and the rheumatoid arthritis. The ra requires me to take methotrexate and embral. I am trying to see if someone has similar experiences and has any idea for diet recommendations.
