Sort of like blue balls.
Don"t try to pull or push them down when you are excited or nervous because mine only retract further.
My last resort is a warm shower or bath.
It's is not fun, but I don't freakout as much anymore.

It's even worse for me. Right T will retract into groin sometimes at random. I think it is due to an injury I had as a child; my testicle atrophied and is quite undeveloped. The left can do something similar but far less common and is much more manageable.

This is probably what I'm going to have to do. I'm seeing an urologist in about a week. He's a surgeon. I can't deal with it anymore.

I'm having surgery (orchiopexy) this Friday to resolve the issue. So there is something you can do to help this problem.

I am 20 years old and I have had this problem alot it does worry me when it happens because it lasts for hours then my testicles just appear I didn't know if it was normal but it started when I was 17 and it concerns me

I have the same problem no pain with that but when I put a hot washrag on them they come down so I don’t know what that’s about
i'm not circumcised and testies pop up and down during arousal. no pain. am 50 now and has always happened. my testies had to be massaged down when i was about 8.
