I have been having cardiac issues lately and have had cysts for over 20 yrs. I just had a cyst rupture this morning. I go to heart dr next tues. Now I'm wondering if it's connected.
U COULD ALSO HAVE A BACTERIA VAGINOSIS...THE ODOR THAT U CANT GET RID OF, THE DISCHARGE, CRAMPING ARE SIGNS ALSO..

Yes, this happens to me almost every month now. I have bad cysts each cycle. Typically they'd be functional because they happen when I ovulate, however, each time they vary on the pain scale and are full of blood. Then I spend the next week with copious amounts of watery, old blood discharge that looks "funny" (with the particles like you said). It's old blood from the cyst. My stomach gets bloated and pretty achy for the first couple days after the rupture. I've noticed that I get a terrible headache about 24 hours prior to rupture/ovulation day. This is not normal ovulation, like I should be having. I am 36 and have been unable to conceive so far. We have been trying over a year. I've been off of birth control for 6 years. I have had about ten internal sonograms. He number of cysts and their size vary, last time the sono showed 6 large cysts. Two doctors have told me that they are now finding that doing surgery is more harmful to a woman in child bearing years than not doing surgery. But it is difficult to want to be intimate during my ovulation times when I am either in pain or basically leaking old blood everywhere. So I am now wondering if surgery would be a better option. The pain and the cysts have been consistent for three years now. I hope we can all find answers and comfort.
Yes that's exactly what's happening to me
I have been online for 2 hours. This is the first post to give me useful information and a little peace of mind. Thanks for taking your time to share.
I have polycystic ovarian syndrome and the discharge after a ruptured cyst should never have any odor at all. Go see a doctor the discharge is normal but it should have no smell!
How are you now? Did you undergo surgery?
Hi
I am in the same situation. Did the fluid clear on it's own?
Would appreciate the advice.

The color of your urine and the particles in your urine may suggest kidney stones. Kidney stones and ovarian cysts have many symptoms in common.
I have had the same f*****g symptoms since I was 15, I had chlyamidia once back then from some sick old guy. Ive been free from it for years I'm in my early 20's now but my whole life I have had the EXACT THING YOU DESCRIBE ABOVE AND DOCTORS TELL ME ITS NORMAL. IM LEGIT BLOWN AWAY. YOU ARE NOT CRAZY. I KEEP COMPARING THEM TO CHLAMYDIA TO ITS THE SAME.
Please did you resolve the problem
Me too
Thanks
Thanks
I have had PCOS for years. Last week, it was brutal. Usually my right side, but not this time. I have never really had a discharge post rupture until today. It is a dark yellow/brown/orange. Someodor. This is new for me.
