Hello internet. I need answers. So recently for the past day and a half, I have had a slight discomfort or very mild pain behind my right testicle. It almost feels like the semen cord is what the problem is coming from. I do masturbate a lot, probably too much, at least once a day sometimes more. I was thinking maybe it's coming from that? I've researched this question many times. Almost all day just laying down reading. And what I'm feeling seems more likely to be inflamed sperm duct, or infected sperm duct. Or a clogged semen duct.. or low sperm.. I really hope it's not anything I have to go to the hospital for. I have 0 lumps. Urination is normal. Nothing hurts when I have a bowel movement. But if I pull on my right testicle even a little bit, it hurts the cord behind it. also I feel discomfort in my lower back and abdomen. I can barely feel it in my back though. Please help.

Perhaps you have a inflammation problem? Maybe bacteria? Try anti inflammation methods and anti abiotics. Advil may help posdible inflammation.

I have taken ibuprofen and it's feeling better. I was able to feel around for the tubes behind the testicles, and sure enough, the right one was a little swollen. I massaged it until the right teste dropped lower. After that happen it feels better but I still feel the discomfort. Now I guess I'm ganna wait.

Hmm are you virgin? The discomfert you feel could be a pinched nerve. Did you get your prostate checked?

I am not Virgin. And I have never had my prostate checked. Mainly cause I'm young

Get checked out for stds like chlamydia or gonorrhea. As for prostate since that is connected with vas deference is could cause infection if your prostate is inflammed. Does your discomfort feel prickly, tingly?

It feels more like my testicle is stuck up in my pelvis. But it's not. Actually it's hanging healthy

Im defiantly confident you have nerve compression. The fact you that your testicle is in your pelvis but its not indicates some type of nerve disorder. Do u have high blood pressure, diabetes?

No diabetes that I am aware of. I am 20 years old so I shouldn't be having any of that. But it's not impossible obviously. I just don't have insurance rates the money to go get checked out.

Try anti inflammations medication for nerve compression.

My problem did heal, and I think it just solved itself. Honestly I massaged it and ate food high with zinc. After 2 days it was fine. I just woke up feeling normal. Oh and I also stayed standing to let them hang:p
