So I am a 15 year old girl and a lot of the times when I stand up my vission goes blurry and I feel dizzy. Today I was sitting and my body started shaking and everything started spinning. It felt like I was having a heart attact.
I am also on a diet and I workout a lot if thats worth to mention

You are starving yourself to death. Possibly you have very low blood sugar levels and that causes these dizzying spells. Dieting or workouts may be done under controlled measures - not extremes. You will end up with period changes and another mess with hormones. Always take a sensible diet, and work out under a certified trainer. Good luck
