not sure if im posting in the correct place or not. im sorry if not.

for about a week now i've had all the following symptoms
dizziness
nausea
fatigue
light sensitivity
headache
hot flashes
cold flashes
fast heartbeat
pain in my chest
trouble concentrating
random and short lived itchiness all over
and i keep raising my arms above my head without thinking about it but it makes my breathing and the pain worst so i dont know why i keep unconsciously doing it. the weirdest thing about it all is the fact that it only starts about an hour before betime and happens at that same time everyday.

if it helps to know about me im 24, female, slightly overweight [but ive lost 30 pounds sense April], a virgin [so i know its not a sexual disease], in October i had a mild sinus infection, H1N1 [swine flu] which put me in bed for a whole week, than a really bad sinus infection which turned into walking pneumonia with a really really bad cough, so i was pretty much sick the whole month of October. i was just starting to feel like myself again and now this. any help would be welcome. thank you.
Hi there! This is just a fine place as any to post your concerns! I think that your symptoms are a little vague--they could indicate a lot of things, although I have a guess. Sometimes anxiety can form a lot of vague symptoms like this and that is a major source. Have you looked into it? Have you seen a doctor about it at all yet?

i dont really think its anxiety as im a very calm person and really dont have that much to stress about as i live with my parents and they take care of most everything. thank you for trying to help. im really wondering why it happens the sametime every night.

no i havent as i have no insurance and can not afford one right now. i was just trying to figure a way to stop it all. or for some advice.

Hi. Did you take any medications for your pneumonia/sinus infection including over the counter medications. I know that sometimes when I take over the counter cold medicines, especially the nighttime medications (like nightquil) and things like benidyril(sorry I can't spell) and antihistamine. I can have some of those symptoms. If you had any problems with restless leg syndrome or anything like that some medications can make it worse. Some medications can take a while to get out of your system as well. I understand that having no insurance can make it difficult to see a doctor, but if your pulse is irregular especially after having pneumonia it is important to get to a doctor. You could be suffering from another infection. The H1N1 flu is not something to mess around with. It's not the flu itself that is the most dangerous, it's the secondary infection. I understand that it's expensive, but you don't want to wait until things get really bad. If you do you could end up needing a hospital stay or worse. If you find out what's going on and you feel comfortable, please post it. I hope everything works out for you.

Hi, do you think that something might be coming back to you from last months bad experience? You had some serious conditions last month, and I would agree on viperbunny that you shouldn't wait for it to get worst. If you have any way of checking your self with a doctor, it would be a good thing to do.

How are you feeling today? Any better?

I would encourage you to see a Dr soon. This flu and it's after effects are nothing to mess around with. Is there a community health clinic or something like that where you might see a Dr. That would be much better than a expensive trip to ER. Keep us posted. Best of luck, txg

I heard about H1N1 and SARS vaccine messed up on some people. Those made people fell in the situation of stress and losing control of themselves. However, I hope you are not in that case.

From your case, I think you have a problem with low blood pressure. Just feed yourself enough food and water everyday to see if it is better or not. And I strongly recommend you to eat 3 eggs/day for 1-week.

If you feel better after taking care of your meals, then dont worry about it. However, if the problem is still bad as you described, go to see the doctor.

Hope this helps.
