Hi, wondering if anyone could help me with this problem for about two months now I have been suffering from what I can only describe as a pulsing dizziness, it comes from out of nowhere reguardless of what I am doing at the time and lasts for barely two seconds then goes again but it happens constantly all day everyday. It is the same feeling I used to get when I started taking Buspar 10mg for anxiety, however I have been off those for quite sometime now... Also a number of days ago I started coughing up black phlegm in the mornings (I am a heavy smoker so I just assume this would be the cause of that) just wondering if those two could be connected in anyway and if anyone has any ideas on what the dizzy spells could be.. Thanks for looking.
If your black phlegm is spotty, it's particulate. If it is stringly, and when you spit it into the sink it sticks like glue and is hard to wash off the basin, then it's from a jaw infection. If the infection gets to your blood, which it will eventually if the appropriate antibiotics aren't administered, then pulmonary effects like you have described will occur. The black phlegm is necrotized bone from your jaw, and it oozes out from a space between your gum and tooth, then trickles down your throat. It pools at the top of your lungs when you're sleeping, then you cough it up in the morning. DEMAND YOUR DENTIST X-RAY YOUR JAW. NOT YOUR TEETH, YOUR JAW. They won't find it with regular check-ups because they only X-ray teeth. Whatever you do, DONT go to a dentist with a 'Cavitat' machine. They are a scam, but unfortunately the ADA has been fighting with them so long that the ADA now pretends jaw infections don't happen, when in fact they're extremely common (if they weren't, the Cavitat hucksters wouldn't have a market for their snake-oil)
