Hi there, I am 20 years old girl and I would like to lose some weight. I will do this by running every day. I am not sure if I need some running schedule. What do you think about all of this? Do you think that this can actually work? Thank you in advance for everything you write on this subject.
Hello, don't worry. For your purpose you don't really need training schedule. I don't have one and I am doing just fine. I am running in the evening mostly for and hour and a half. I lost a couple of pounds already, and I am running for 3 weeks. I am in a better shape too, and that is great because before this I wasn't really that active physically.
