Hi, I would like to help my husband to get out of this problem; he is not at ease when I ask him to make love. Do you have a solution for him? Note that he doesn’t suffer psychologically and physically. Thanking you in advance!

Hi Clarah

You don't give much background information, and it is not a simple problem with one straightforward answer. But whatever is needed to resolve the problem is a soloution, not just for him, but for you both. It is a couple problem. So for background:

  1. How old are you each?
  2. Where do you live (country/state/county)?
  3. How long have you been married?
  4. How long has you had the problem?
  5. How 'premature' is it?

What do you mean when you say: "he doesn’t suffer psychologically and physically"? The fact that "he is not at ease when I ask him to make love" shows there is a psychological problem. Furthermore, generally premature ejaculation is a physical or a psychological disorder, or a combination of both. Sometimes it is caused by pressure to perform, or previous experience failures, or pornography.

How did the problem first manifest itself? That might give a clue.

It could be that you are wanting him to last a long time while inside you. So the 'premature ejaculation' is that he ejaculates before you have reached orgasm. He lasts (say) 10 minutes, whereas it takes you (say) 15 minutes. Or it may be that he ejaculates as soon as he enters you.

If he ejaculates as soon as he enters you. perhaps one thing you could try is to masturbate him to climax, and then squeeze just behind the prepuce just before ejaculation. Allow time for him to recover, and then repeat the process 3 or 4 times. You can also make sure you get at least one orgasm by manual stimulation before he enters you.

If he orgasms and ejaculates (they are not necessarily the same) a few minutes before you, then again make sure you orgasm first. Then he can enter you immediately afterwards, orgasming maybe with your second one.

I hope this helps as a start.

Psychological disorder may be the cause, but 98%, the EP is treatable through drug
