Here's my story:
I went off of birth control in September, but wasn't getting my normal period back, so in December my doctor prescribed me progesterone to jumpstart my period, as well as metformin (glucophage.)
My period then started on Dec 10.
I ovulated on Dec 24 (approximately)
On days 9dpo, 10dpo, and 12dpo I experienced some light spotting. I have never before spotted prior to a period, and given it's relative timing to my predicted ovulation, I suspect this could be implantation bleeding.
It was brown, then pinkish, then back to stringy brown (sorry if that's TMI) and always accompanied by a lot of cervical mucous. It's only present about 1 out of 4 times that I use the restroom.
I have taken three home pregnancy tests, and each have come back negative, but my period isn't expected until at least Thursday. I am so anxious--do you think if I got a blood test today that it would give me an accurate result?
Thanks in advance for your answers!
