My husband is a chronic shoe in the washer-washer. Last week he broke one of the agitators in my (that's right MY) washer with shoes. I cringe everytime I hear shoes thump-thumping in there.
No. I've grown accustomed to the odor of Nikes with about 400 miles on them and it's not all that bad.
I never wash mine either. But then again, I'm perfect and my feet don't smell.
Haven't washed shoes since last summer... they were keds. I also wash creek-stomping shoes or else the whole house will smell like crayfish and mud.
Never wash shoes in the washer.
Although I do remember Mom doing it a few times growing up.

all the time.....but not ones that are in current running use. I don't do hubby's or eldest son anymore----they get :x . Me and number 2 son like spotless shoes so there is always a pair in the laundry room drying.
Don't wash shoes either.
Never. I tried it once and they didn't fit right afterwards. Besides, I think the dirt and grime from 300 miles is a badge of honor.
Not since I stopped wearing Keds. in the 8th grade... ;)
The occasional run in the rain does the trick for me.
Nope don't wash them, a little steel wool does the trick
:1:
or I wear them into the shower at the gym!
