REALLY WORKS ------- Hey if you have a tub with a hand held shower head and a small one attached to the wall that shoots out even more (I don't know what it is called ) get as close as you can to the small one ( you might have to have one leg up and another one out the tub) then put the water on a warm or hot temp.
