So Im 15, 5'7, weight 125ish and bench 145ish, but I hit puberty late and Im wondering if I should stop using weights and just do push up or if I should do light weights with a lot of reps.

If you are lifting the weight properly there is no issue.  It won't stunt your growth.  You're not lifting that much weight to really worry.

Hey there how long ago did you hit puberty? What type of secondary sex charectoristics do you have? You don't have to worry about changing your wiegt lifting regime.... it shouldn't affect your growth
