Hmmm. How were you spending $100/week? The shakes, in the states, where I live are less than $2/each, and at two shakes a day, that's under $14. Throw in tea and aloe, and you're still at under $50 for two shakes, two teas and two aloes per day.
It does work; I lost 20 lbs nearly 12 years ago and have kept it off.
