Yes you should definitely exercise and eat healthy. A shake itself can't help you if you aren't keeping a healthy lifestyle and drinking a lot of water :)

Hello! No you do not have to use the pills. I hate taking pills and I was just replacing two meals with formula 1 and fat free milk, the tea 2 times a day, and instead of juice, I would pour some of the tea powder on my water bottles through the day. I was not excersing, buy I worked on my feet all day. Yes you can workout. Get some protein bars from herbalife in case you start getting hungry between workouts. Good luck!

Herbalife is a lifestyle change, its helping transform your body. It does not work if you do not put work into it. If you are going and eating McDonalds (ex.) everyday, not working out, and expect Herbalife to do all the work - then you are wrong. Its a meal replacement with minimal calories but is keep you fueled. Yes,you do have to watch what you put in your mouth. Yes, they recommend that you work out. Herbalife is what you make out of it and it makes sense to be a distributor because of the discounts just on your end that you receive. Make your own mind up about it and dont go with negative outlooks I am reading on here. Do make a consultation, get a trial pack of shakes at your local storefront, do research, and also evaluate where you are in your weight loss goals.

People, stop thinking there is any magic product out there that will make you loose weight. The only way to loose weight is through a caloric deficit. Will herbalife products help you achive that deficit? Yes. Will they, alone create it? No. it is a SUPPLEMENT not a magic potion. If you don't put the effort in it wont do anything

Aloe water , tea and shake for breakfast a healthy lunch and healthy snacks during the day and for dinner and of course drink a lot water and work out don't forget that the shake is a meal replacement so if you eat a chicken for example after your shake you have actually eaten twice !!!! and you must drink the aloe water and tea not just the shake !!!! a lot people just take the shake only and complain because they don't loose weight!!!! well of course not!!!! you doing it wrong!!!!! and I do not work or sell herbalife !!! but I use their products

I have done herbalife and I did lose weight.However, I lost it way too quickly and in all the wrong places. It works I say just use discretion with whatever you do.Be conscious of your genetics and what it is your trying to achieve. I have always been very curvy ,but it destroyed my breasts and completely took away my curves.It managed to leave all the bad fat though.I am now trying to figure how to afford a procedure to fix my breasts.I do like the products but just be mindful.My misfortune happened so quickly I didn't figure out what was happening until it was too late.

You really should eliminate the Subway. I recommend downloading the free MyFitnessPal app and tracking your calories. I was eating a sub every day from Jimmy Johns, thinking that it was a great healthy choice. That is until I saw how many calories a simple tuna sandwich is! Also, if you're really trying to lose weight, you need to have TWO shakes a day and only ONE meal. So if you do have that Subway, then you need to eliminate dinner and replace it with a shake.

You should never eat at 8pm. have the salad with your fruit or vegetables around 5 or 6. shake for breakfast shake for lunch. Drink lots of water throughout the day. the rest is mathematics if you use more calories than you take in, it has to work unless you are dealing with a thyroid condition or something.

The product works I lost 113lbs in 8 months. As long as you are on it at the maintenance level you will keep the weight off. However.....if you go off of it you feel like you are starving and you will go back to eating like crazy. I think I ended up putting on like 60lbs in 2 1/2 months.Eventually gained back all the weight plus 35lbs.

2 shakes breakfast and lunch. Although i have lost weight while eating the veggie sub from subway. I really don't recommend that large a portion of bread. formula 1,2,3. water all day. Nothing after 6:30pm. I don't remember for sure but I think you should only have 2 scoops of formula 1 than you can add your two scoops of protein. Yoga is nice and relaxing, but I would try to do an aerobic exercise like walking 30-45 min.

As you get older your required calorie intake to maintain weight is less than if you were 20. I would knock that down to 1100 a day, take supplements as directed. if it says 3x a day, take it 3x a day. Drink plenty of water and try to get out every day to walk even if you cut back to 20 min a walk for a while until you can do more.
