I have been on herbalife for two weeks and have had the following results; reduction in muscle mass by 4 percent, bone mass, body water and weight with an increase in body fat. I have followed to the letter. Can anyone advise on what I could differently? Losing my motivation. Loss of weight great but everything else going in the wrong direction. Feel like camel and drinking more than two litres daily.

just because you lost the weight does not mean that you go back to eating the same way you did before. Of course you will gain your weight back. I had an experience yesterday where it was 5 de mayo and I thought it would be cool to eat and avoid my herbal life products. it was the worse day ever for me. I found that the food not only made me feel over stuffed but they also made me sick for feeling this way and I vowed never to go off my diet. Truth be told that if I would of had my shake , then the right portion of food at lunch, I probably would of never felt sick. This lady has to understand that she has to be committed to this product all the way and probably for the rest of her life. if there is a meal that you feel you have to have, then take it as your meal for the day, just do not overeat and you will keep the weight down.

When I joined this, in 1st week I followed it sincerly & lost 2 Kgs in 1 week.
Next week.. did not follow few dont's... so.. lost only 1 Kg...
If you follow Do's & Don'ts perfectly with Workout... then It works Perfectly!!

Herbalife worked for me to, i had a health coach for the frst year to call on every day if need be. Once i lost 30lbs i only see her once a week now. she coaches her clients along the way on the herbalife products.
