thats pritty short....if you hadnt done weights you would have got ur growth spurt and probibly reached 5 10

    You do not want to be a full-on body builder as a teen. However, you should make sure you are very active. (This will more than pay off in the future). You ought to start cardio workouts, it's 3x more effective (minimum) to run with bursts of speed (and short breaks), rather than to just jog.

    The worst mistake you can make is overdoing it; you can make a significant amount of more progress just by following an active daily workout routine (I can't stress this more!!!)

    As for weightlifting, teens, pace yourself!!! It seems no one can be sure about wether or not it stunts your growth (yet), there are alot of things to take into consideration. Like I said, it only turns your progress in on itself if you overdo it. It can't hurt you to build some muscle, but if you get too much muscle, it can block your bones from expanding.

Nope I'm 14 I'm lifting, My height is 6'1 My dads and moms heights are 5'5 ! He needs to take 500 more calories and eat clean,because dieting and starving would stunt
