I am a 16 male and I am close to losing my virginity to a girl I really like. I was just wondering if I masterbate the day before, will I be able to last longer when we actually have sex?
Can I refrain from masterbating for a few days and still last as long if I did? Like, I am actually trying to refrain from masterbating so the sensation is even better.
Thanks!
More like earlier the same day, mate. Though in any case, if you are hoping to learn how to have sex for a long time before ejaculating, the easiest answer is -- with practice! Looking back to my first time, it definitely happened too soon. It was awkward and we didn't know what we were doing. And guess what? That's totally, completely, 100% normal. It will happen to you just like it happened to every guy before and after you. The good news is that it gets better.
PS: You have no reason to avoid masturbating. The sensation will not be better just because you haven't masturbated in a while.
Masturbating has been known to make men come sooner, so refraining is probably a good idea if you want to last longer. You can also pause during sex to prevent from coming at that moment so it can be more pleasurable for her.
for me personally, if i were to masturbate maybe 45 minutes to- an hour before intercourse it would last maybe twice as long as if i didnt, but that's me. but he is right about pausing during sex, it does keep it "at bay" but don't pause too long becase you may lose your errection. but if you choose to masturbate you have to KNOW that you are going to have sex that day.
if you came before you had sex, i.e. oral or mutual masturbation, it would make you last longer,
as you know, when you've masturbated several times in one night, the second time is longer, then the third time takes longer again.
but the day before won't affect anything, because overnight you would have time to "recharge". it has to be immediately prior to intercourse. literally within 30mins.
to be honest, I am a girl, and I would rather have 5 minutes of good sex rather than 10 minutes of mediocre sex because the guy was devoting all his concentration on lasting as long as possible. most teenage girls don't orgasm from sex alone anyway.
To answer your question, you will last longer if you masturbate the day before versus a week.. however if you don't do it shortly before sex, it won't make much of a difference.
As Darlene said about DJ when he was spending an hour in the bathroom with his favorite magazines: "He's either really, really GOOD at it or really, really BAD at it." :-D
So I guess you can take your pick. :-S
Ok, but I mean, would I last longer if I masturbated the day before rather than not masturbating for 6 days?
I think there's some confusion on this thread about what the original poster was asking for.
You can train yourself to come fast through masturbation.
But the poster was asking if he came through masturbation the same day or so before the date, if that might not slow his response down a bit... instead of doing nothing for six days....
My experience is waiting six days is likely to build up your reserves of semen and sperm, and so, you're likely to come more quickly, if you've had no release for say a week.
On the other hand, I find pausing or waiting during sex, especially if were still in intercourse, to be a temporary stop... but if I feel HER moving, vibrating or stimulating herself, that is likely to put me over the edge as well. So, I'd have to suggest that he WITHDRAW if he was looking to pause, otherwise, he might just sail over the edge as the feeling comes back more intensely in the erect penis.
Hope this helps some.
Love to know what you decided and how it worked out for you.
Some couples, if he comes first, immediately roll over to pick up a warm dildo and keep going for her. Or, switch to oral sex or manual stimulation.
