hi, i'm 21 years old...i started masturbation only from the age of 18...i have an uncut penis and also a tight foreskin...so far,i have managed to retract my foreskin to expose half of my penis..when i do so, during ejaculation, my penis gets bigger and bulges during ejaculation...as my foreskin covers half of my penis...it was a bit painful...is it normal...does the penis bulge everytime during ejaculation?
