I am 13 I have some pubic hair some armpit hair and some facial and chest hair but my voice is really high I am 4'11 5ft not sure and I have sexual feelings for girls does this mean I am in puberty

If you have pubic hair then you are in puberty. Not everything happens at once so give your voice some time to change.
