It means it's extremely unlikely she'll get pregnant. There is always a slight chance.

I don't think you need to worry about Plan B. The chances are so slim. Even if there was some sperm, there is no viable egg now, and by the time there is one, the sperm won't be viable.
It is EXTREMELY unlikely.
