It is unlikely you ruptured your hymen if you didn't insert anything (not even your finger), but depending how you touched yourself (you gave no details), you may have scratched some sensitive tissue. A little blood can look a lot.
Why don't you check yourself? Use a hand mirror. If that is difficult, take a picture (but make sure you securely delete it afterwards), Or else get someone you trust implicitly to check you.
