To cut the long story short
I just have now
Folic acid 800 mcg
Zinc picolnate 22 mg
Mg with vit b6 66.7 mg , 300 ( semi tablet )
Methyl folate 100 mcg

What should i take for how long what concentration and what should i bring more

Kindly tell me what should i do
I will steck to your words as i see a big change when i use floic and i lost some when i stopped it

Because I belong to a third world country and all these fancy vitamins aren't available here and I don't have that type of money to make solo imports otherwise I would. I'm already trying what is available and I'm 100 % sure this issue revolves around this it was going to happen sooner or later we were not absorbing things properly due to the ibs. The same thing happened to a guy whose story I posted yesterday but not with when with skmeting else. And he had ibs too. And I am no expert you should read around too use starting doses rhats all I can say atm I'm still searching it up. But if folic acid helps you means it's good for you look at your zinc dosage and b6 dosage. I don't Think you should take methylfolate and folic acid both. Take one of them methylfolate is generally more favoured since it doesn't need conversion enzymes. Are you taking any b12 with it ? #J

Like I said before, I think that the whey has caused lower dopamine. One of my theories is the fact that whey has a lot of tryptophan, and tryptophan will turn into serotonin. If too much is turned into serotonin then you will have a serotonin dominant brain chemistry, which means dopamine is naturally going to get lowered. The same thing happens to people who go on anti-depressant medication. These medications raise serotonin and lower dopamine, causing all kinds of side effects, one of them being low libido or impotence. Somehow the whey did the same thing to us because we overloaded our system with tryptophan-serotonin, and we started to notice these problems. You should try to eat Jello. Yes I know it sounds weird, but hear me out. Jello is made from gelatin, an amino acid that has no tryptophan and actually has elements that might lower the tryptophan is your system. Eat jello before you eat chicken or beef so that the tryptophan in those meats will not cause in imbalance, keeping you in a high serotonin dominant brain chemistry. Try to eat jello and maybe mix in some extra gelatin powder that they sell right next to the jello in the baking isle usually. Eat a couple table spoons, and expect to get relaxed or tired because that is another benefit of gelatin. It's just one of the many things we can do to increase our dopamine and lower our serotonin.

I am beginning to think this is something more worser than ed. We need to see a mthylation doc. Asap I fear our body isn't restoring itself. Hence the sleep tiredenss #J

Dude you're freaking out way to much. Stressing out about this insn't going to make things better. My advice is to forget about all of this for a while, avoid whey at all cost, and don't worry about your penis for a while. Recovery will happen, it takes time. In the meantime, try to eat jello. I know it sounds weird, but it has proterties in it that could help balance us out. If nothing else, it would help you relax a bit. You don't need to come on here posting every thought you have, cluttering up the debate. I'm trying to help, not trying to be rude. So do yourself a favor. Make some jello, and stop worrying about this so much.

I'm also starting to think this might be an auto-immune problem like M says. I think what happens is our body has this response, and it sends a shock to our system, which lowers or suppresses dopamine, and that is the reason why its causing the low libido, feeling numb, etc. So I really think the solution to the problem is to avoid whey at all cost, and do things that will increase your dopamine. If you want to take vitamins too that can help as well, but it won't cure you alone. BTW, I had been making really good progress up until about 2 weeks ago. I always check the package before I eat anything, but my roommate bought some package cookies, so I checked the ingredients and didn't see any whey added. So I've been eating them off and on for the past couple weeks. Didn't know why at the time, but I started getting that numb feeling again, as well as libido and erection problems. I was confused because I had been avoiding whey for a while now. Then I happened to look at the ingredients of the cookies I had been eating, and for some reason, I didn't see that whey powder was included in the ingredients. So stupid. So make sure you're not careless like me, and make that stupid mistake. BTW MMM, how is your progress? You should try to eat jello, with added gelatin. It makes you sleep a lot better for most people, but it also raises dopamine, which is something we all need. Let me know. B
