I was wondering if a women has to orgasm when having intercourse to be able to fall pregnant? Me and my partner have been having unprotected sex for the past 2 years and I cannot orgasm during sex, is this why I haven't fallen pregnant?
Research shows that the female orgasm may play a role, too. It seems the contractions that accompany the female orgasm may help carry sperm further into the womb. (This, of course, assumes that woman reaches orgasm after or at the same time as the man.)

However, do remember that it's really not vital for the woman to reach orgasm after her partner, or even to reach orgasm at all, for you to conceive.

Is it possible that a woman can get pregnant if she did not reach her orgasm while the man ejaculates inside her?
