Its a simple thing of what makes you cum. Maybe your body actually needs a partner, i dont climax unless someone is climaxing with me.

I really don't think its from the procedure because you can ejaculate when your sleep. The stress that your putting on your self can be the reason your not able to reach an orgasm... when your sleep your fully relaxed an not stressing about it. Let go of the stress an it should help.
