Cancel it! I did so much research before I chose Dr. Jacono for my revision rhinoplasty 4 mos ago. My nose was collapsed at the bridge from overresection from the first rhinoplasty. I waited 20 yrs, paid 16,500, and that was "discounted" because I'm a nurse, he fixed the bridge beautifully, but the nose lengthening did,t go so well, nostrils are completely uneven, one side looks collapsed-I look in the mirror and I'm devastated-

How long ago did you have your surgery, are you sure that the way you look is the final result? I understand your devastation, I had a revision rhino 4 months ago and my nose curves up and to one side. They keep telling me it takes a year for all the swelling to go down, give it time, but I'm really worried, wish I didn't do it. Do you think he had his interns do your surgery? and please tell me about the lawsuits.

A) This Doctor is following all the proper steps to treat the infection. B) A risk of any surgery is infection, in which he is treating properly. C)The risk of Revision Rhino after you have already had a Rhino goes up. He is also helping you and willing to do the tweeks to handle the problems that arise. You should be thankful some Docs don't do this. And lastley you probably signed a consent for all of these risks as these are risks of the surgery that you accepted.

A) Who said anything about infection? I didn't have an infection. B) I asked and was not told that having a revision rhino was risky, he said he did ALOT of revision rhinos. C) Sounds like you work for him.

Dr. Andrew Jacono has to be the worst plastic surgeon out there. I too got botched by this man. I would advise anyone and everyone to stay away. He is a horrible, horrible surgeon. He has no skills at all.

Why would anyone use Andrew Jacono with so many BAD reviews. Isn't it that simple?  If I had seen these reviews a few years back, I wouldn't have considered him. I'm living proof you should NOT unravel him do any surgery on you!  Stay away from him.

You have already met Jacono, only once, for an expensive consultation and you believed everything he had to say. You noticed he exudes confidence, but please note that is all he has. You trust him, so now it is the day of your operation.

You may be introduced to another doctor that will be present for the operation and you're surprised. This wasn't told to you in advance. Now you are going to question, who is going to cut my face open? Jacono will tell you he will be the only one operating. Yeah, right! You will NEVER know and you can't prove anything. You have the gut feeling to run out the door. If you are smart you would, but you convince yourself to stay. Big mistake! Nothing is in your hands anymore, you have lost all control. You trusted this doctor and you had no clue what was about to happen to you. You wake up from surgery and the doctor is nowhere to be found. You are scared. You go home and the aftermath is soon revealed. You have asymmetry, scarring everywhere, loss of circulation, and on top of it all...NERVE DAMAGE! But what horrifies you the most, is that he rearranged your face in the most unimaginable way. You are HORRIFIED! He did things to your face that were never discussed prior to surgery. You are in utter disbelief. Don't be shocked to find out that what you asked him to do and what you paid way too much money for...was never done! Now every time you look in the mirror, you don't recognize the person looking back at you. It is like looking in a funhouse mirror, but it doesn't go away. This is the new you. Now what do you do?

This doctor has no skills whatsoever. You can get better results in a back alley of a third world country.
