It is popular in Japan today to drink water immediately after waking up every morning. Furthermore, scientific tests have proven its value. For old and serious diseases as well as modern illnesses the water treatment had been found successful by a Japanese medical society as a 100% cure for the following diseases: Headache, body ache, heart system, arthritis, fast heart beat, epilepsy, excess fatness, bronchitis asthma, TB, meningitis, kidney and urine diseases, vomiting, gastritis, diarrhea, piles, diabetes, constipation, all eye diseases, womb, cancer and menstrual disorders, ear nose and throat diseases. Water therapy is the best natural treatment we can consider. I personally agree in drinking water with an empty stomach in the morning as it is proven to treat a certain disease at the same time, a good natural cleanser. I myself is doing this thing every morning, I don't experience any problem while doing this thing.

About this..... I Think it's True. I am following this instruction for 5 days. I am drinking 2 glass of water every morning before brushing my teeths, need to upgrade to 4 glasses. But the most important is I am feeling a difference. I have atritis, problem in my joints. And following this for 5 days I am feeling better. I recommended all people to follow this. This week I will upgrade to 3 glasses of water. I am 37 years old and having problem for years with my joints and bones.
There is another version of this. If it does not work for you as above, then add one more thing.  It is called the Water Cures Protocol. It is basically following the same principles above, only before drinking the water, dissolve in the mouth, 1/8th to 1/4 tsp of unprocessed sea salt in the mouth. This helps the water to be better transported to the cellular level. As to the quantity of water, drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water daily. Divide this by 5 or 6 for individual dose of water. Then to start, as some have noted, only do it first thing in the AM and last thing at night. Take up to a month to make this a habit before adding additional water to the daily routine. If using it to help sleep at night, simply drink the water first and then dissolve the salt in the mouth. Monika, I would stick to "conventional diet" during pregnancy. Stay on the safe side.
indeed, water is underappreciated in terms of it's uses for beauty and health.
you can never go wrong with water, it is skin and diet food without having to worry about the calories and the possible side effects. and i do drink water every morning, warm water.
i infuse water with lemon and take it before i eat anything. i am well hydrated plus i get my daily dose of vitamin c.
I drink at least a glass of water first thing in the morning. And it really helps with digestion and removal of toxins in the body. Makes me feel fuller too without the feeling of being bloated.
anyone who has a high blood pressure diet , can list what they eat on a daily basis..? an example would be.. for breakfast i had eggs and orange juice.. for lunch i had peas and carrots.. etc And following your diet did it help lower you blood pressure?
