Hey,
I am 15 turning 16 in October and have a girlfriend. My girl wants to have sex but i keep coming up with lame excuses not to. My real reason is that I cum in about a minute during masturbation and im afraid that, that will carry over to sex.
Is their any help for me or hope to make my orgasm last longer.

Also if it helps I still have Precum and my penis size is only 5 inches.
start working on drawing out the amount of time you take before you reach ejaculation. the thing is most guys have trained themselves that the goal of masturbation is to cum as quickly as possible. you have to fight that urge!
also you should take the time to learn about human reproduction and contraception properly unless you want some mishaps. discuss contraception with your girlfriend so you can be prepared. unprotected sex once is all it takes to get her pregnant. in my humble opinion you should work your way up to sex through other activities over some time so you can become properly acquainted and comfortable with each others bodies.
sex isn't really as scary as it's made out to be. the key is being relaxed and comfortable with each other (hence my previous paragraph). i was a little worried my first time and there was quite a lot of awkwardness to get things going but by my third time (same day :-D) i felt like a pro.
good luck and happy times mate.

Its good that you asked this because not many people ask because they don't want people to think something bad about him. but the answer to your question is to do workout with your PC muscles, they are the muscles you use to make you stop urinating (peeing) all you really do is make them contract way before (or when you like) before you actually orgasm. You can do it when your just watchin tv or doing whatever you do. simple workout with great results. It also tightens your penis muscles which keeps your pre cum from coming out easy
The only thing is that after a while of doing that while you are erect the amount that will come out builds up and the more tempted you will be to let it go be careful lol.

i'm 16 and i had sex once but that was a year ago.. i find myself ejaculating too soon too.. i've tried working wit my pc muscles but its really hard
Don't expect that within a few days of starting this PC muscle flexing that you're going to immediately have control over your ejaculation.
There are dozens of other factors, including: Level of arousal, how long since the last climax, current stimulation, amount of fantasy, fear and stress, physical shape and exhaustion, etc.
The toning and use of PC muscle conditioning is something that you will continue to develop and BENEFIT from throughout your life. Yes, it's a skill you should develop... but don't let everything in your sex life revolve around it. Just keep practicing. You didn't develop that bicept muscle over night either! :D

hey bro, dont worry about that, of course you're going to cum much faster when masturbating i mean i cum pretty fast when i stroke too but my first time i lasted bout an hour... soooo i guess to each his own, sometimes you just cum much faster when masturbating because its more stimulating.
Part of the problem is that in masturbation, you get immediate feedback about what feels good and what doesn't, and you adjust your behavior (grip, speed, rhythm, etc) to maximize your sensation and pleasure.... therefore, you shorten the length of time until you climax and ejaculate.
Over time, you are training yourself to go for that climax immediately, and not to delay it.
When operating with a partner, you don't have that immediate feedback loop, but have to communication what feels good, and what they can/should do, and what is too intense. If you work only toward immediate satisfaction, you're likely to frustrate your partner, and immediately loose interest once you have climaxed yourself.
The goal is to delay your climax until you are they are ready, and most attempt to come somewhat together or near each other, so that your feelings of completion compliment each other, instead of leaving one frustrated.
Good luck.
