The ENT said I have fungus in my ear. Dr told me to use tinactin spray in small bottle mix with drops of water, use an eye dropper to fill the canal. After s couple minutes allow to drain.do this twice s day. It seemed somewhat better, just wouldn't go away. It cause a lot of itching and pain. Went to the Dr still fungus prescribed Clotrimazole 1% sol teva to use 2 times a day. Well its been 2 weeks back to the Dr I go. Still itching still hurting. I told the Dr it even hurts on the outside when I lay on it.

Hi guest,

It's hard to question a doctor that has actually seen your ear.

Fungal infections can take a LONG time to clear up.  Continue to follow the directions exactly as directed.  Clotrimazole is an anti-fungal medication.

If it continues see your doctor again.

Good luck.
