When and how do we get the ball rolling on this lawsuit. I have missed so many days of work when I was attempting to wean off the effexor and everytime I failed because the withdrawal symptoms were too unbearable. I am stuck taking a medication that I feel I do not need anymore. I have been taking the lowest dose for months now and then I drop down to every other day but when I finally stop I become so dizzy and uncoordinated. The last time I tried to stop I went through hell for three whole weeks and almost got fired from my job due to lack of production. WE NEED COMPENSATION! If anyone could give me advise on how to help, please do so. My email is _[removed]_.
David,
We have some hope that Michael Fearon is going to try to do something. If you know of anyone else, please let us know.
You can get off of it by removing 1 bead a day till you are down to none. Please consider contacting a naturopathic dr. to help you by giving you st. John's Wort and some remedies (for anxiety and depression)....this reall helped me. I have been off of it for 2 months with no side effects and feeling like my old self. Only bad thing is that my short term memory has really been damaged. It looks like you are in the same time zone as I am....Eastern part of the U.S.
My name is Michael & I too struggled with Effexo,r with 3 near suicides.
Please tell which province or state you live in.
I'm simply waiting for a 5th individual to join our list of those afflicted, and then I will approach lawyers.
BTW, I am only sourcing lawyers that will work via a contingent fee. In plain English, this is where the lawyer is paid only if he/she is successful with our law suit, as a percentage of the settlement.
anybody. Please let me know if there is life after effexor.

I'm so sorry though to learn of your terrible troubles with Effexor.
Michael.
I hope you contacted Michael with the needed information to get involved in the class action suit. I too have been damaged by this drug and we need to do somthing about it.

Absolutely agree with your statement about addiction to Effixor - related to my daughter. The withdrawal symptoms are unbearable, unmanageable - cramping, sweating, nausea, etc. to the ...enth degree!!! Totally Ridiculous and totally a crime. Effixor was intended to help my daughter and instead she now is totally addicted to this drug.
She has been on other antidepressants and has been able to ween off of them without such severe side affects. The manufacturers, nor her perscribing physician warned her ahead of time how addictive this drug is!!
This experience has truly affected our whole family in a hurtful way.
I would be interested in the law suit also but have no money to pursue it. I can be reached at 703-680-2114, if I don't answer please leave a message and I will call you back.
Hi,
I am going to forward our information to Michael from Canada. He wants to pursue a class action suit. We won't have to pay...the lawyers will only be paid if we win the case. So, the more people we have the better. We need to band to together to get rid of this drug so it doesn't destroy anyone else.
Theresa
Please send me your daughter's first name and which province or state you live in.
I need the latter info for when approaching the lawyers.
Regards,
Michael
