Hello, for the past week or 2, every time I get an erection, I feel a mild discomfort in my testicles. This started a few years ago when I was sitting down and got an erection and my testicles got caught in the sheets. I do trimming with scissors in that area, and I accidentally irritated my testicles about 3 or 4 weeks ago. Now it seems when I get an erection, there is still minor discomfort in my testicle area. What I mean by discomfort, is a minor ache. Last time, it took several weeks and it got all better. Is there anything I should do, or just let get better on its own for a couple weeks?
