I'm having an issue with my erections. I'm not really sure if this is normal or cause for concern so I wanted to ask.
From what I've read, men generally have an erection angle and their penis points out at that angle when erect. But it seems that I do not. When erect, my penis just hangs in whatever direction gravity pulls it. The penis does get larger and harder, it just doesn't stick up. I am a virgin but I assume this is an erection since it is the state my penis gets into if I masturbate. If standing up, my penis just hangs down. If lying down on my side, it hangs toward the floor. I'm 25 and it has been like this for as long as I can remember.
When attempting to research this, I found a few websites saying that this happens if your suspensory ligament was cut as part of penis enlargement surgery. I have not had this procedure, so that isn't the issue.
Am I worried about nothing or is this a problem? And if so is there anything I can do about it?
