I recently started lifting weights again and realize everytime I lift my biceps triple in size its ridiculous! Is this normal? Im just starting with some tens and doing reps for about 5 minutes straight it reall looks like im  on steroids and I only weight 180 and im 6'1.....

Yeah, so this sound great man. I mean, you started working out to build muscle right? So this is pretty awesome if you ask me :)

Anyhow, i think this happens because you are new to working out so it looks and feels weird when your muscles are growing. Especially biceps because  yeah , they tend to grow a lot (and fast).

  • Have you worked out before?
  • What type of exercise exactly are you performing?
  • How much weight do you lift?
  • How much and what do you eat throughout the day?
