I had missed my period this month and me and my bf had sex and two days ago I started bleeding....I'm not sure is it spotting or a period...could I be pregnant?

If you had protected sex (you used a condom that did not slip or break, you take the pill every day at around the same time, you have an IUD, or use another form of birth control) you are probably not pregnant. There are lots of reasons why you could miss your period, including hormone flucuations and stress.
If the sex was unprotected, there is a good chance you may be pregnant, depending on at what point in your cycle you had sex at. The bleeding two days after sex could be implantation bleeding, which is when the fetus implants itself into your uterus. I would take a home pregnancy test either way.
