Since I was 13 I have had the same pain on and off for years now I'm 23. I've had ultrasound, CT SCANS, MRIs, stays blood work you name it I've been through it. And still they can't find out what it it is. I've been told I'm crazy or I'm a liar and looking for pain meds. The pain starts from my belly bottom down to my pelvis and it's a sharp stabbing pain. The pain is so intense that I can't move and when i have to pee just forget it. No it dosnt hurt to pee it's not like I'm peeing razes it that pain from my belly button to my pelvis. Only thing that i found to take the edge off is Tylenol 3. Even with that it hurts like hell. No it's not gas, the scans all show free floating fluid in my lower abdomen like a cyst has ruptured but they can't find the cyst or where it was. So please if anyone knows what this is please tell me. I get this pain about 5 to 6 times a year worst pain i have ever felt in my life.
