I have notices I had this horrible tingle in my face and lips. I wonder if anyone can tell me if they have had this. I am thinking I am the only one with this problem and it is really scaring me. I cannot understand what cause for face tingle could be. Can you tell me anything about this not so common condition?

I have had face tingle, often down one side, so for the start I have to say you are not alone. I have had also one friend around the same age as I do, he was 44, who has had face tingle also. I ad bigger problem because my lips have been raw, tingly and at times burning, for the past year or so. I have also had a lot of lip peeling, which probably contributes to the burning and rawness sensations, and this was pretty much annoying. These feelings are intermittant and are not becomming worse but stil I was also worried about this. I have gotten some relief by applying an aloe gel with vitamins and vaseline, used separately on my tingle face. I have also developed several cold sores and finally had to use a prescription cream after some remedies were not effective. I also have occasional tingling in one of my hands, but have had that symptom for many years, while face tingle occur lately. I had it evaluated by a neurologist and my test results were all normal, so I also could not understand what caused this problem. I think we both should check this problem with face tingle at doctor’s laboratory, and find cause.

It could just be a herpes thing. I've had the tingle usually but not always followed by some sort of a oral herpes virus outbreak. lately its been getting worse and stays in my mouth and throught almost constantly. but it seems to all be linked to the herpes simplex I've had since I was a kid.

lately my whole face is tingling especialy around my cheek bones and ears even feels alittle cold. I'm looking for a cure, but so far I've only found olive leaf extract I'm trying it but nothing sure yet.
