Hi my name is Suzanna and I am 21 years oldold. For the past 3 months I've been feeling extremely tired and drowsy every day despite sleeping for up to 8 hours a night or more. During the last few weeks I've been having to take naps during the day or find myself falling asleep which is starting to scare me. I also get out of breath doing everyday things such as walking up the stairs or walking to my local supermarket which would never have taken this much out of me a few months ago. I don't take any medication and I am a heathy weight so I don't really know if this is normal and if I should worry about it. Any advice?
