That’s right, give it to ‘em!
I just went to cardiologist today feeling my heart beat I'm my back I'd heart valve related! Had an echo done and having nuclear stress test. GO SEE A DOCTOR!
what was the outcome?
I have experienced this same throbbing heartbeat up and down my spine as well. It wakes me out of a deep sleep and sometimes can be very painful. It is very scary when it happens. Was glad to see that some people have experienced the same feeling. However, I do not feel in my circumstance that it is anxiety, especially while sleeping. But I am interested in seeing what others have to say about their diagnosis. I wonder if any females have experienced this with female issues such as fibroids or ovarian cysts?
When I'm lying down OR standing up, on the left side of my lower back I can feel Ann put pf time thumping. It doesn't happen ALL the time but I have noticed it frequently this week. Sometimes it goes really fast and sometimes slow. What do I do!
When I walk too the bathroom my lower back right side hurts
What did you feel exactly? Pain? Or just feeling a heartbeat in your back?
Me too...I am doing kundalini meditation
This is perfect to read thank you. What going thru now
That just happened
First off, I am not a Doctor and what I am about to say applies to me, it may apply to you but it may not. That said, I will say I have had, and sometimes still on occasion have the same issue with feeling my heart beating in my back. Specifically, I have been lying down in bed and felt my heart beating in the middle of my upper back, like where the spine is. I have not had anxiety issues ever in my life. What I have had however are spinal issues, both cervical as well as upper thoracic. I have gone to the Doctor for the heartbeat sensation issue previously and after doing tests to check my heart he hasn't been totally certain what to make of it. At some point I went to a chiropractor and was surprised to learn from him that it is a slightly bulged disc in my cervical spine as well as one in upper thoracic spine that is the trouble causing these odd sensations. When the muscles in those areas become extremely tight and especially when lying down, this impinges on nerves that run through vertebrae where I have disc bulges and I get these sensations. I have always noticed that once I get out of bed and stretch my neck and upper back a bit it totally goes away. For me, anyway, this confirms what the chiropractor informed me coupled with my Doctor finding no issues with my heart. While it is certainly good to check, people go overboard assuming virtually anytime one has odd sensations with the heart, palpitations etc that there is something wrong with your heart. Not only is that nonsense, it isn't helpful. This is just my 2 cents and as stated previously, it may or may not apply to you.
