How long before the throat phlegm went away?

Are you doing better after time has gone by?

I started when I was 16, and it was just 2-3 a day. I wish I could go back and tell myself that was not the way to cope with stress. It's a neurotoxin that perpetuates a circle of stress then relief. The nicotine is not causing relief but causing the stress of not having it. I beg you, as I'm sure all of us long time smokers would too, to stop now before it gets harder on your mind and body. I have quit for 7 days now after 27 years.

i think your advice is bad. I am having trouble with quitting smoking i have been quit for four years but am still depressed. yeah antidepressants dont seem to work for me long term, but homeopathy is a sham and offering it to people with real problems is insulting. I drink plenty of water thanks. crappy medical advice rule 1: drink plenty of water: sic of hearing it, thanks no thanks.

Indeed it is pure h$&l the first 4 weeks. Just remember how silly it is to actually pay money to the strongest legal addiction you can buy. I asked my self after decades of smoking.....did I actually decide to become a smoker? No one does.

Mountain biking helps. So does getting a new puppy. Reward yourself with a material gift from all the money you are saving (including future medical bills).

Stay positive and use logic. Anxiety and Gloom are part of the detox. Don't drink alcohol for a while or maybe ever again if needed.

Believe it or not, you can still be super cool and have a rich, interesting and fulfilling life without being a smoker.

trust me
