My grandfather is 72 and he wants to join his first fitness. Is that ok that a man at that age gets into fitness? I mean is that ok for his health?

If I were you I would be very proud of grandfather. It is perfectly fine that he is joining into first fitness. Except he shall talk to some experts and I guess they will direct him, which exercises to do for how long and with what power. Except that- this is a great idea. He can exercise every day; he just has to be careful not to stretch any muscle or sth and be careful on the machines. Maybe, you can go with him to his first day in fitness?
