My Penis hangs even when its erect. Its as if the the part outside is hard and the part inside the body is not as erect.. so when I am erect, i cant get rock hard erection, but i am able to ejaculation by being semi erect... this is so embarrassing.. does anyone have a clue as to what this may be due to???
