I have never been insecure, but lately I want to.go to the beach but I don't have a flat stomach :/ so many guys like me but I feel like once they know my stomach isn't flat it will be s major turn off. I'm 15, and I weigh 140 pounds at 5'7" Please please please help!!!
Drink lots of water. Eat healthy like fruit s and veggies if you want meat eat small portions. Ride a bike or run dont do situps it can hurt your back I got one EXCERSISE that will help stand up with both arms on top of each other legs width with your arms then jump twisting your lower body (waist ) down keep your arms and legs the same don't turn your whole body
