I am 15 and have a flappy bit of skin attached from my pee hole all the way down the back to the skin. It has a hole in it and is very thin. It hurts when I tug. Does anyone know what it is and what I should do?

If your talking about the strand of skin that is underneath the glands that's attached to the foreskin it's called the frenulum.
Hey well I've been pulling it down for a couple of years and today was the last day I did and what happened was it detached from the head and it didn't hurt but I have been told its a good that it is not attached so your in the clear.
dude u break that rubbery thing connecting ur penis tip (somewhere near the place ur urine comes out from) to ur foreskin, that will be THE END (or close to the end) of ur penis. its not a problem, every f*****g male has that! u need it if ur nor circumcised yet! dont fiddle with the skin-like thing. well, it wont break easily but its very delicate.
am 24 i have realised two. days ago that part of the foreskin is attached to the penis head. am experiencing a strange feeling whenever am urinating. am worried ,isnt it s big problem ? how can i deal with this problem ????

The best time to try pulling your foreskin back is when you take a bath as the water will help soften the skin just pull it back as far as it will in and a fraction more just to add a little presses them just hold it to allow to stretch and in time it will separate.
Just tug back as hard as you can frequently, especially if its still this since you were a small child. It may have never freed itself. After it does clean and apply some ointment like Bacitracion ointment or even just Vaseline for a few days before letting it creep

i thank everyone who was touched with my problem and offer various suggestions which have helped .i used water most especially during bathing in trying to retract it now it is retracting and going forth without any kind of pain and all the strange feelings are gone.
