I had one of those skin thing attached to my penis, i lost it but masturbating, and it began bleeding, i was only 13 - 14 at that moment i think. Suddenly it began to seem good again, now i dont have that thing attached, it didnt hurted that much actually as i remember.

That's wrong I had skin on the left and right connecting to my head but one of them disappeared when I was younger and the other I remember I saw that it had separated and there was a little nub from the foreskin but now there's nothing
Yo, that skin you were talking about is called a frenulum if I'm correct, it's perfectly normal to have and if you're wondering, it loosens up over time, so no need for operations :)
