I had the same problem, go see a doctor and he'll either give you cream to use or he may cut the bridges, only let him cut the bridges! The bridges are the skin still attatched to the head.

Hi im 14 and i also have this problem and at the top where the skin attaches there is a lump on the skin. When fully erect i cannot move the skin and it hurts please help!!!

I only first discovered this site when on this threat. I am 14 and had the same problem on three sides of my penis, the one closest to my chest and both sides. The one on the right side went away without me even noticing but the other two stayed. Every day for about a week, I would gently pull on the back, not enough so I was in pain, but just enough for slight discomfort. After a week I did it on the last day (over the week the gland had shrunk) and it came off without any pain. I am now working on the one on the left side.
