No, its definitely not worth it. If it's underneath, then the chances are it's your frenulum and is completely normal. If its anywhere else and you want it removed you should see a doctor and have it done properly. It just isn't worth the risk of infection or damaging it any more.

i pulled my skin as far down as i can and i pushed the head so it streched. i realised the skin was exposing so i did it more. it stung but right now i know why. i had dry cum under it so it like super glued with the skin. i went to the shower and got it off but it hurt but i got it off after a long sprinkling of water.

Dude, I completly have this problem, with a small strip of skin attaching the furthest part of my foreskin to the top of the opening. I'm 18, and had absolutly no idea the foreskin was even supposed to pull back until i saw a piece on good penis hygeine on tv! I've booked an apointment to see my GP about it. I'm hoping he will just cut it off with a scalpel :/

I am definatly not confident in doing this to myself. On slip and bam, scarred the glans, or worse. I'm just hoping this can be done under local in a day surgery, and not be an over-nighter thing.

I used to have this. My foreskin was attached completely around the base of my glans. I just kept trying to pull it away; which caused some pain but it wasn't too bad. It left red marks around the glans which hurt a little but would heal after a few days.
Its not really a problem, i found i can just pull it back gently with a little pain.

I am kind of having the same problem. I’m 16 and not circumcised. There is a piece of skin that attaches the foreskin and the penis head together. When masturbating, the foreskin only goes approx half way down the head of my penis (not all the way down the head). Is this what everyone else is talking about or am i the only one who is experiencing this? I am lost on reading all the other previous posts, P.s I am having no trouble masturbating and it does not hurt when I masturbate. Is this normal, have you guys been experiencing this? ...

Hi 'Guest'

That piece of skin is most probably your frenulum. Is it on the under side? Do a google search for me and let me know if thats what were talking about.

If it is the frenulum then its a perfectly natural part of your penis.

Can you retract your foreskin whilst flaccid (not erect)?

I had the same problem where basically today it was finally resolved by retracting my foreskin back, then getting hard putting a condom on and just being a man because it hurt, because i had a little bit of phimosis so my foreskin has problems stretching, beside the point i let my penis become fully erect and get used to the stretching ( do not do this right away because u need to get your foreskin used to the stretching"so it will take time for you to finally get the foreskin back even when erect") then i basically masturbated lol with the condom because the condom reduces the pain because of the lubricants that it has and i basically masturbated so that my head becomes a little less sensitive then i took off the condom and waited till i got soft and then pulled the foreskin back into place and continued the session and when i was finished i noticed that when i pulled the foreskin back the part that was connected to the head a little bit came right off and came into place as well ^_^ i was really excited, anyways i didn't write this to disturb u guys i wrote to educate and have understand how this c**p works lol. But don't do it right away when your penis isn't ready because u can really hurt yourself and u don't want to do that, during all this i Did bleed and it hurt but i finally got it right so honestly i feel much better now and you guys will too, if you need more questions you should talk to your doctor and if your case is way worse then mine then you really should talk to the doctor

Chester, Thats the only way to get it to work. If it hurts its normal... just keep going. If it starts bleeding keep pulling anyway! It will eventually stop hurt and u will have a strong well looking penis ! ;-) Hope i helped ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

Not particularly good advice there. If your frenulum is too short you should look into a frenuloplasty, these DIY at home methods are not particularly reliable.

Skin on was attatched right round the rim off my bellend and also attactched at 2 points on my actually bellend near the japseye. I used to not even be able to see my bellend at all it was so tight, then gradually i would pull it back more and more and reveal the problems with the skin being attatched etc. i was in the bath and just gently tried to break the bonds which was painful but no blood or anything however bellend was quite raw in the places it was attachted for a few days. skin still pretty tight now after 2-3 years but i try to pull it back as far as possible when im masturbating and can now get it right over the rim without much discomfort, it just takes time boys, keep at it everyday and ull soon have a normal penis in no time ready for poundin some sweet sweet vaj

Does surgey for Phimosis end you up with having a circumsized penis?

I'm 18, and i think i have a similar problem as mentioned.
The entire underside of the foreskin is attatched by a 'strip' to the penis.
Although i can still retract the foreskin to an extent, it hurts if its pulled too much especially during fast sex.

Is circumcision the only solution?
Please help?? :-(

No, if you need surgery there are less invasive operations available such as dorsal slits and frenuloplastys.
