i can retract my foreskin all the way except in the front right near my corona. there is a little bit of foreskin that is completely stuck to it. is there something wrong?

That little bit of flesh is called the frenulum if it looks like a small cord it is totally normal although there is a condition where your frenulum is too short which could make it prone to snapping
