Foreskin getting minor splits after sex!

hi i am 21 years old and this has just happend to me last night i have always had the small rips and just needed a few days to a week of resting my penis but last night it ripped so i am taking the day off work but last night in my panic i went to the RVI in newcastle (hospital) any they said it is due to how your penis was formed at birth having tight skin around the tip of the penis i was given pain killers and told to go see my GP for a small op to remove some of the foreskin i reccomend this!! i am sick of the pain and blood all over the place so i will be talking to my gp asap i will keep you up 2 date  

Cortisone cream wouldn't be good for this as it causes the skin to thin and tear more easily.

I too faced this problem and here is my experience.

When I got married and had a intercourse, I find my foreskin was torn and was shocked whether I born with any disability.

Then I went to the doctor, he told as I was a virgin and didnt masturbate the problem occured, he suggested me to have a operation where a little foreskin will be removed from the tip. I was still in a shock, then I traveled abroad work related, it allowed to heal, and browsed many sites, none suggested the operation.

Finally I got a site which said, it is because there is not proper elongation of the foreskin, so it will vanish in a few times and with some exercise.

Exercise: 

1. Insert two fingers inside the foreskin and try to separate(stretch) as much as possible gradually.(I did this for more than a month).

2. After a few weeks of exercise 1, try to pull the foreskin to the bottom and do it for 10 times atleast, when the penis is erect, and do this before every intercourse.

You know it worked for me, I was totally cured after 3/4 times and finally I am a father!!!

Hi your problem is not unique and is very easy to overcome stay away from the doctor as he will circumcise you,  what you have is called paper cuts. Al you have to do know is to wash that penis in clean water and a little bit of jick or dettol  and water about 10ml  to 2 l cold water, dry well and work baby oil through it. After it has heal about 3 days you have to apply a normal hand cram 2 times a day on it.  You must do that every day for the rest of your life the problem is caused by the kind of water in your area we call it hard water good luck and hope to hear soon . Stay away from sex for the first week please.

Well i must say i stumbled upon this forum because this has been happening to me for a while now. The bruises/ cuts run length wise along the circumfrence of the tip of my foreskin. When i pull the foreskin back to clean it hurts like hell. I used to get it real bad after sex. And yes when the small cuts heal the leave a ring scars on the foreskin that makes it tight. I ruled out sti's a while now cuz my partner never got them too and it was usually after sex. They heal in about two weeks but you have to keep away from any activity during that time because that worsens it. I know. It really messes things up. I guess one has to just come to terms with it barring taking drastic measures like circumcision.

i had the same problem for couple of months then I went to see a doctor he prescribed a cream called Macrii. Its a white tube. This solved the problem. The foreskin retracts smoothly and no more pain. Its in Spansh ..I dont know the name in English. Bought it here in Argentina. Hope this will help

Scratches on penis heals in a weeks time you said. What medicine you take? And do you wear condom during sex and have scratches/cuts?

I have the same problem and i am 18. Well after masturbating a lot, i got some sort of scratches on my penis. They eventually healed and when they did the skin just behind the head of my penis looked a bit different. When u have a scratch somewhere on your body and when i heals, the scratched area is then covered by dry blood that becomes some sort of skin for the scratch to heal bellow it, then the dried blood goes off. (I think you know what i'm trying to describe here. So yesterday will having that ''dried blood skin'' on my penis i had sex with a girl, the condom unfortunately ripped off, and after seeing it i continued and i was rough while having sex. After that the skin just looked as it did before i had sex. So all i want to know is, can it result in any sexual disease (HIV) or something ? Please help as i'm very worried about this.

What you got is called Paper cuts and has noting to do with Foreskin tightness, this is cause by hard water that dry out the skin then the foreskin cracked and start bleeding, as this is the thinnest skin on our body, To overcome the problem is easy, put on normal hand cream twice a day for the rest of your life, or as long as you life in that place with its dry water. Vaseline can also be used but it waste your underwear.

Hello, I'm 18 and had this problem for 4 years. 

it kept getting cut and slowly formed into BXO which is when it heals and scars and tightens. I had circumcision and it has helped Completely. 

Basically if it keeps on tearing and starts getting tighter you won't notice it until over time. It started when I was 13/14 master bating and got worse. Get it checked out and sorted before BXO starts occurring its not nice as it hurts and feels tight all the tIme!

Ok so after my wife and I had sex one night the next morning I woke up went to use the bath room and had pain from pulling the skin back looked down and well it looked like Freddy Kruger got ahold of me!! Now the cuts keep coming back and the skin has goten tight around the shaft that I can no longer retract it and get the head out... Heard circumsision is the only way to fix but what do you all suggest? Not seen a Dr. yet.

You better hope that you do not get that disease because this is exactly what the word say you never heal again of this vires; and sores will come out all over you your body and there is no medication for it ,so if your sex partner has got some sores over the hole body stay far away from him or her.
