Hello. I am type 1 diabetic and I just wanted to say that I too experience these tiny cuts in my foreskin after prolonged hyperglycemia. I've found that dairy increases the tightness and I think it might have something to do with thrush or a yeast infection. Just my opinion. It goes away when I regulate my blood sugar and use an anti fungal ointment. Cheers.

My foreskin tears every single time during/after sex. It stings afterwards, especially with blowjobs or when urinating.
It takes about a week to heal.
I've had repeated scarring through the tears over several years, and after the repeated healing, the skin is a lot tighter in the scarred section of the penis. It's to the extent that if you pull the foreskin back, you can see the skin is tight enough that it looks as if there's a really tight elastic band around the penis.
I don't know of any remedy.
I just continue to have sex even with the scars, it stings at first but then gets comfortable pretty quickly afterwards.

Look up phimorsis stretching. I am 24 and I have been working on my PC muscles group for some time now and since I started I have had numerous tears. These for the most part should happen around a tight ring in your foreskin. These have help tremendously. You should build up to all activities first and not jump straight in.

Hello I don't know if people are still replying to this but if anyone has information please reply! My husband and I are very sexual people it's like sex 2-4 times a day, and since we get so into it we have sex when I'm not so wet (a little dry) and he has developed these vertical tears/scars on the inner foreskin of his penis...they don't bleed and don't hurt they sting and it stings when he has some of my wetness on his penis or water touches it or sometimes when he pees we have hardcore sex so we don't know what the problem is, is it the sex ? I too have these tears,normally after drunken sexual incidents,probably due to lack of "wetness"dare I say etc,but I use canesten cream,and a lot for up to a week and it normally does the trick

Hi. I'm using this as a lady resort. I had sex with an old girlfriend a few months ago straight after my penis was very soar. It was soar for a 2weeks. I know the skin was torn.
