Ladies and Gents, recently I had a pretty bad case of my foreskin tearing. I have always pulled it back whilst young to wash and I have been having intercourse for around 6 years, regularly. I used to get many small cuts that never really hurt, they were just aggravating; however, recently I have had a new sexual partner that hadn't had sex in over a year, she is also 5ft1 and I am 6ft1. The tearing is so bad around the gland (head of the penis) and parts of my foreskin closer to the top when I do not pull the skin back, that I am unable to retract it at all.
I have found that using Sudocrem during the day and Vaseline at night a great way to smooth the skin and allow the sores to heal. It also makes it easy to stretch the skin to wash and stop the cuts from burning.
If anyone else has advise on remedy's that worked for them, please do let me know as I don't fancy this ever happening again!

Try dovobet ointment 30mg my cuts were gone, sure better than having foreskin removed!

I'm 45 years old and am getting the same as what I'm reading. It started off as slightly dry foreskin on the head of my foreskin, when pulled back, it was like a dry ring under my head.
The dry ring started to get very small tears, I'm guessing that's from the dry skin.
Now after vigorous rough sex and lots of it, the rips got slightly bigger and Now, after avoiding the signs, the rips are quite large and a few of them. My penis shaft is sore too. I don't know if that's from the sex or the pain from the rips.
I've been doing a lot of reading before having to go to the doctors. I am currently using Tea tree antiseptic cream on my foreskin to keep it germ free, It hurt a lot the first 4 times I used it, but the creamkeeps it lubricated which really helps.
There is. a lot of swelling as well associated with my condition, so I heard Epsom salt baths really help as does Magnesium supplements. It reduces the swelling.
I will wait for about 4 days to see if it gets better, if Not, Doctor here I come.
Also, after you wee, clean the wee and use the cream after each time. The wee absolutely stings the cuts!!! ouch it hurts. Wee has sugar in it which is not good for the healing. The sugar helps bacteria grow, so wash your penis or apply the antiseptic cream after each wee.
And remember, most importantly, not sex or walking for at least a week. :(

Yo, whats the latest on this dude... i had a separate fungal issue which quicly cleared up with the right anti fungicide/hydrocortizone cream... but the started getting these tiny tears in the underside of the intersection between my penis and foreskin (just below that little famous bit of connective tissue). almost appears as though a burst tiny vein, though i think its just a tear as no bleeding of any sort and is very very tiny, but sore when pull foreskin back at all or with sex before it heals...
have tried cream, and with no sex for a couple weeks heals again, but any ideas how to avoid happening altogether after heals??

Hi. Im 31 years old and for the past 6 month after sex my foreskin splits. I get alot of tiny cuts all around the tip of the foreskin and when i go to pull it back (no erection) its as if i have one of those tiny elastic bands around it as its very tight and when it gets close to the bottom of my bellend it rapidly twangs under the bellend and becomes hard to move back into its usual place over the bellend. i also get peeling skin around the tight (elastic band) part of my foreskin and on my bellend. the pain amd itching is unreal and cortizole or whatever the cream is burns like a b***h. Give it a week or so and its fine other than still being tight. Does anyone know what the hell it is? My girlfriend shows no symptoms of anything.
